Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a mug.
  4. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup, if desired.
