Ingredients
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Spread nuts and seeds on a baking sheet and toast in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until fragrant.
  3. Allow nuts and seeds to cool slightly.
  4. In a large bowl, combine nuts, seeds, dried cranberries, and dried blueberries.
  5. Drizzle honey over the mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Press the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
  8. Enjoy!
