Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, almond butter, honey, flaxseed, coconut flakes, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and maca powder (if using).
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place the energy bites on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
