Blissful Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry
This stir-fry is a quick and easy way to get your fix of beef and broccoli. The flank steak is sliced thinly against the grain, so it cooks quickly and evenly. The broccoli, carrots, celery, and onion are all cut into bite-sized pieces, so they cook quickly and evenly as well. The sauce is made with soy sauce, almond butter, ginger, and garlic powder, and it adds a delicious umami flavor to the dish.
This recipe was inspired by a dish I had at a Chinese restaurant many years ago. I loved the combination of flavors and textures, but I wanted to make it healthier by using grass-fed flank steak and coconut oil. I also wanted to make it easier to make at home, so I simplified the sauce and used ingredients that are easy to find at most grocery stores. I've been making this stir-fry for years now, and it's one of my favorite go-to meals. It's quick and easy to make, and it's always a hit with my family and friends.
