Why It Works
  • The ground beef provides protein and iron, which are essential for energy and muscle growth.
  • The vegetables are packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals, which are essential for good health.
  • The black beans add protein and fiber, and they also help to thicken the chili.
  • The chili is simmered for 1 hour, which allows the flavors to meld and develop.
  • The chili can be tailored to your liking. You can add more or less spice, or you can add different vegetables.
