Ingredients
  • 1 pound pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup kombucha
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the pork, kombucha, apple cider vinegar, coconut aminos, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Stir to coat the pork evenly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Place the pork on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Roast for 30-35 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
