Antimicrobial Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic
This tart and tangy tonic is a great way to support the gut. The combination of apple cider vinegar, honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon is soothing and antibacterial.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar or pitcher.
  2. Stir until honey is dissolved.
  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  4. To use, mix 1/4 cup of tonic with 1 cup of water.
  5. Drink once or twice a day.
