Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken bone broth
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and season with salt and pepper. Rub the chicken with the oil.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the ginger, garlic, turmeric, and black pepper. Rub the mixture all over the chicken.
  4. Pour the chicken bone broth into the bottom of the roasting pan.
  5. Roast the chicken for 60-75 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
