**Grain-Free Granola**
This grain-free granola is a delicious and nutritious way to start your day. It's made with a combination of almond butter, honey, coconut oil, nuts, seeds, and spices, and is baked until golden brown. The result is a crunchy, flavorful granola that's perfect for eating with milk, yogurt, or fruit.
This recipe is also a great way to use up leftover nuts and seeds. If you have a bag of almonds or walnuts that you're not sure what to do with, just add them to the granola! You can also add other spices, such as nutmeg or ginger, to taste.
Granola was first invented in the late 1800s by Dr. James Caleb Jackson, a physician who was looking for a healthy breakfast cereal for his patients. Jackson's original recipe was made with oats, wheat, and corn, but over the years, many variations have been developed, including this grain-free version.
Grain-free granola is a good option for people who are on a gluten-free diet or who have difficulty digesting grains. It's also a good source of protein, fiber, and healthy fats. And because it's made with natural ingredients, it's a much healthier option than many of the commercial granolas that are available.
This particular recipe for grain-free granola is one of my favorites. It's easy to make, and it always turns out perfectly. The combination of almond butter, honey, and coconut oil creates a delicious, crunchy granola that's perfect for eating with milk, yogurt, or fruit.
