They're made with a combination of breakfast sausage, vegetables, and herbs and spices, and they're cooked to perfection in the air fryer. The result is a flavorful and satisfying bite that will keep you going all morning long.
The inspiration for these breakfast bites came from a trip I took to New Orleans a few years ago. I was there for a food festival, and I had the chance to try some of the local cuisine. One of the dishes I tried was a breakfast sausage patty that was seasoned with a variety of herbs and spices. I was so impressed with the flavor of the patty that I decided to try and recreate it at home.
When I got back home, I started experimenting with different combinations of herbs and spices until I came up with a recipe that I really loved. I've been making these breakfast bites ever since, and they've become a favorite of mine and my family's.
