Roasted Sweet Potato and Black Bean Fries
These Roasted Sweet Potato and Black Bean Fries are a delicious and healthy way to get your veggie fix. They're crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. Plus, they're easy to make and can be customized to your liking.
The inspiration for these fries came to me one day when I was looking for a healthy and tasty way to use up some leftover sweet potatoes. I had also recently bought a new air fryer, so I was excited to try it out. I started by tossing the sweet potatoes with some olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Then, I added in a can of black beans for some extra protein and fiber. The fries came out perfectly crispy and flavorful, and I've been making them ever since.
