Creamy Air Fryer Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
This hummus is a delicious and healthy snack or appetizer. It's made with roasted red peppers, which gives it a slightly sweet and smoky flavor.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces red bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup tahini
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Toss red peppers with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Spread peppers in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Roast for 10-12 minutes, or until peppers are softened and slightly browned.
- Remove peppers from air fryer and let cool slightly.
- Transfer peppers to a food processor or blender along with tahini.
- Process until smooth and creamy.
- Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
