Chicken wings have been a popular party food for decades, but traditional deep-fried chicken wings are often greasy and unhealthy. They're also much easier to make, making them a great option for busy cooks. I first started making air fryer chicken wings a few years ago when I was looking for a healthier way to enjoy this classic party food. I experimented with different recipes and techniques, and eventually settled on this one. It's simple, easy to follow, and always results in perfectly crispy chicken wings.

Why It Works
  • The air fryer circulates hot air around the chicken wings, cooking them evenly and resulting in a crispy exterior and juicy interior.

  • The salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder add flavor to the chicken wings.
  • Flipping the chicken wings halfway through cooking ensures that they cook evenly on all sides.
