Creamy Air Fryer Roasted Tomato and Basil Dip
This creamy dip is the perfect way to use up a bounty of summer tomatoes. Roasting the tomatoes in the air fryer concentrates their flavor, while the basil, olive oil, and lemon juice add brightness and acidity. The result is a dip that's both flavorful and refreshing, and it's perfect for serving with crudités, crackers, or grilled meats.
I've always been a fan of roasted tomato dips, but I've never been a fan of the hassle of roasting tomatoes in the oven. It's a messy process, and it takes forever. That's why I was so excited when I discovered that you can roast tomatoes in the air fryer. It's so much easier, and the results are just as good, if not better.
