Air Fryer Paleo Quesadillas
These grain-free quesadillas are made with almond flour tortillas and filled with ground beef, cheese, and your favorite toppings. They're perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal or snack.
The quesadilla is a classic Mexican dish that is typically made with corn or wheat tortillas. However, if you're following a paleo diet, you can't eat grains. That's where these almond flour tortillas come in. They're made with a blend of almond flour, tapioca flour, and coconut flour, and they're just as delicious as traditional tortillas. Plus, they're grain-free and gluten-free, so they're perfect for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.
