Ingredients
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the salmon fillet with the herb mixture.
  5. Place the salmon fillet in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
