Ingredients
1 cup quinoa
1 cup water
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Rinse the quinoa in a fine-mesh sieve.
Combine the quinoa, water, and salt in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the quinoa is cooked through and all the water has been absorbed.
Fluff the quinoa with a fork and let cool slightly.
Transfer the quinoa to a large bowl and add the almond flour, coconut flour, nutritional yeast, oregano, and pepper.
