Prep time: 15 | Cook time: 20 | Serves: 4
Ingredients
  • 1 pound of vegetables (such as carrots, celery, zucchini, or sweet potatoes)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 200 degrees F (93 degrees C).
  2. Cut the vegetables into thin strips.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the vegetables, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly browned.
  6. Let the vegetables cool before serving.
Why It Works
  • The air fryer circulates hot air around the vegetables, which helps to dry them out and create a jerky-like texture.
  • The olive oil helps to keep the vegetables moist and flavorful.
  • The salt and pepper add flavor and help to enhance the natural flavors of the vegetables.
