Air Fryer Paleo Trail Mix
Paleo Trail Mix is a quick and easy snack that's perfect for on-the-go. It's made with a variety of nuts, seeds, and dried fruit, and it's sweetened with coconut oil. The air fryer gives the nuts and seeds a nice toasty flavor, and the dried fruit adds a touch of sweetness. This snack is a great source of protein, fiber, and healthy fats.
I've always been a fan of trail mix, but I've never been a fan of the added sugar and preservatives that are often found in store-bought varieties. So, I decided to create my own paleo-friendly trail mix using only natural ingredients. I started with a base of nuts and seeds, and then I added dried fruit and coconut oil for sweetness and flavor. The result is a delicious and healthy snack that I can feel good about giving to my family and friends.
