Savory Air Fryer Sweet Potato and Sausage Hash
An air fryer is the perfect appliance for cooking sweet potato and sausage hash. The high heat of the air fryer crisps up the sweet potatoes and sausage, while the circulating air ensures that everything cooks evenly. This dish is also incredibly easy to make, and it's a great way to use up leftover sweet potatoes and sausage.
I first came up with this recipe when I was looking for a quick and easy way to use up some leftover sweet potatoes and sausage. I had tried making hash in a skillet before, but it always turned out soggy and undercooked. I decided to try cooking it in the air fryer, and the results were amazing! The sweet potatoes and sausage were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the whole dish was cooked evenly throughout.
