Ingredients

  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato, black beans, onion, and bell pepper.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, and stir to combine.
  4. Form the mixture into 4-6 patties.
  5. Grease the air fryer basket with avocado oil.
  6. Place the patties in the basket and air fry for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Flip the patties halfway through cooking.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired.
