Ingredients
  • 1 pound flank steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the beef, peppers, onion, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
