Air Fryer Paleo Chicken and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 4 cups chicken broth
Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and shred it into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Add the carrots, celery, onion, and chicken broth to the air fryer basket.
