Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut aminos
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, almond flour, coconut aminos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form the beef mixture into 4 burger patties.
Place the patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
While the burgers are cooking, make the avocado mayo. In a small bowl, combine the avocado, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Remove the burgers from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Top the burgers with the avocado mayo and your favorite toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, and onion.
