Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca starch, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, almond milk, and maple syrup.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
