I've always been a fan of breakfast scrambles, but I never really loved the way they were traditionally made. I would always end up with overcooked eggs and undercooked vegetables. But then I discovered the air fryer, and everything changed. The air fryer cooks food evenly and quickly, so I can finally get the perfect breakfast scramble. This recipe is my favorite way to start the day. It's quick, easy, and delicious.

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Why It Works
The air fryer cooks the mushrooms and bacon evenly and quickly, so you don't have to worry about overcooking or undercooking.
The avocado oil helps to keep the mushrooms and bacon from sticking to the air fryer basket.
The salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes add just the right amount of flavor to the dish.
The parsley adds a fresh, herbaceous flavor that brightens up the dish.
