Creamy Air Fryer Avocado and Smoked Salmon Breakfast Bowl
This breakfast bowl is a quick and easy way to start your day. The creamy avocado and smoked salmon are a delicious combination, and the eggs add protein and a touch of richness. The red onion and cilantro add a bit of brightness and freshness, and the olive oil adds a touch of flavor and helps to keep the avocado from browning.
This recipe was inspired by my love of breakfast burritos. I wanted to create a lighter, healthier version that I could make at home. I started with a base of creamy avocado and added smoked salmon, eggs, red onion, and cilantro. The result was a delicious and satisfying breakfast that was perfect for a busy morning.
