Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, tapioca flour, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the beaten egg and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into 12 sticks, about 3 inches long and 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Place the sticks in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the sticks from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
