Savory Air Fryer Veggie and Bacon Breakfast Bites
These breakfast bites are an absolute game-changer for busy mornings. The combination of savory sausage, sweet sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh herbs makes them incredibly flavorful. They're also incredibly easy to make, thanks to the air fryer. Simply combine all of the ingredients, form them into balls, and cook them in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes. You'll have a delicious, hot breakfast in no time.
The inspiration for these breakfast bites came to me one morning when I was running late for work. I had a package of breakfast sausage in the fridge and some leftover vegetables from dinner the night before. I threw everything into a bowl, mixed it up, and formed it into balls. I popped them into the air fryer and was amazed at how quickly and easily they cooked. The breakfast bites were so delicious that I started making them every week. Now, they're one of my favorite go-to breakfasts.
