Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, portobello mushrooms, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss to coat.
  4. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, or until tender and browned.
  5. Crack the eggs into the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and chives.
