Ingredients
  • 1 compliant tortilla
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spray a small skillet with cooking spray and add the eggs. Cook over medium heat until scrambled.
  4. Place the tortilla in the air fryer basket and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
