An air fryer breakfast burrito is a quick and easy way to get a delicious and satisfying meal. This recipe uses compliant tortillas, eggs, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach, avocado, salt, and pepper. The tortilla is cooked in the air fryer until golden brown, then filled with the eggs and vegetables. The burrito is then cooked for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the tortilla is crispy. This recipe is a great way to use up leftover vegetables and is a perfect meal for on-the-go.
The air fryer breakfast burrito was born out of a need for a quick and easy breakfast that could be made with leftover vegetables. I had been experimenting with air frying for a while and had found that it was a great way to cook tortillas. The tortillas would come out crispy and golden brown, and they could be filled with whatever I wanted. One day, I decided to try making a breakfast burrito in the air fryer. I used leftover bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and spinach, and I added some eggs and avocado. The result was amazing! The tortilla was crispy, the eggs were fluffy, and the vegetables were tender. I've been making air fryer breakfast burritos ever since.

Why It Works
The air fryer cooks the tortillas quickly and evenly, resulting in a crispy exterior and a soft interior.
The eggs are cooked in a skillet over medium heat, which prevents them from overcooking and becoming rubbery.
The vegetables are chopped into small pieces, so they cook quickly and evenly in the air fryer.
The avocado adds a creamy texture and richness to the burrito.
