Ingredients

  • 4 (6-inch) whole-wheat tortillas
Instructions
  1. Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, onion, bell pepper, spinach, feta cheese, eggs, water, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place a tortilla in the air fryer basket and spoon 1/4 of the egg mixture onto one half of the tortilla.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
