This recipe was inspired by a salad I had at a restaurant in San Francisco. I was so impressed by the combination of flavors and textures, and I knew I had to recreate it at home. I experimented with different ingredients and proportions until I came up with this recipe, which I think is even better than the original. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Drizzle with your favorite salad dressing and toss to coat.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Why It Works
The combination of quinoa, kale, and avocado provides a good balance of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats.
The dried cranberries and nuts add a touch of sweetness and crunch, which helps to balance out the bitterness of the kale.
The homemade salad dressing of your choice adds the perfect finishing touch, and allows you to customize the flavor of the salad to your liking.
