  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, almond flour, tapioca flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread the broccoli mixture in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Why It Works
  • The combination of almond flour and tapioca flour creates a crispy coating on the outside of the bites.
  • The garlic powder and onion powder add a savory flavor to the bites.
  • The cheddar cheese melts and becomes gooey on the inside of the bites.
  • The bites are cooked in an air fryer, which circulates hot air around them, resulting in a crispy coating and a tender interior.
