The idea for these burgers came to me one day when I was trying to think of a way to use up some leftover sweet potatoes. I had been wanting to make black bean burgers for a while, but I wasn't sure how to make them without using a lot of bread crumbs. I finally decided to try using sweet potatoes as a binder, and the results were amazing! The burgers were moist and flavorful, and they held together perfectly. I've been making them ever since, and they've become a favorite of mine and my family.
