I first came up with this recipe when I was trying to find a way to use up some leftover flank steak. I didn't want to just grill it plain, so I decided to marinate it in a flavorful blend of herbs and spices. I also added some vegetables to the skewers, to make them a more complete meal. The result was a delicious and easy-to-make dish that my whole family loved. I've been making these skewers ever since, and they're always a hit.
