Ingredients

1/4 cup coconut aminos
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and ginger.
Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and turn to coat in the marinade.
Transfer the chicken to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
