Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. While the burgers are cooking, make the avocado mayo by mashing an avocado with a fork and mixing in a squeeze of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and a dash of black pepper.
  7. Serve the burgers on paleo burger buns with the avocado mayo.
