I've always been a fan of curry, but I've never been a huge fan of the traditional way of making it. It's usually a long and involved process, and it can be difficult to get the chicken cooked through without overcooking the vegetables. That's why I was so excited when I discovered this air-fryer chicken and vegetable curry recipe. It's so easy to make, and it turns out perfectly every time.

Why It Works
The air fryer cooks the chicken quickly and evenly, so you don't have to worry about overcooking it.
The vegetables are cooked in the air fryer basket along with the chicken, so they get all of the flavor from the curry sauce.
The curry sauce is made with a blend of red curry paste, coconut milk, and water, and it's packed with flavor.
This recipe is a great way to get a healthy and flavorful meal on the table in no time.
