Ingredients
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, almond flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, cheddar cheese, and olive oil.
Toss to coat evenly.
