This air fryer scramble is a quick and easy way to get your daily dose of vegetables. The mushrooms and asparagus cook up tender and browned, while the eggs are cooked to perfection. The whole dish is finished off with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for a bright and flavorful finish.
I've always been a fan of scrambles, but I've never been a fan of how they're traditionally cooked. I find that they're often overcooked and dry. That's why I was so excited to try making a scramble in the air fryer. The air fryer cooks food quickly and evenly, so I knew that I could get a perfectly cooked scramble without any fuss. And I was right! This air fryer scramble is the best scramble I've ever had. It's moist, fluffy, and packed with flavor.
