Air Fryer Spinach and Bacon Breakfast Wraps
Air fryer spinach and bacon breakfast wraps are a quick and easy way to get a delicious and satisfying breakfast on the table. The wraps are made with whole-wheat tortillas, eggs, spinach, bacon, onion, and bell pepper, and they are cooked in the air fryer until golden brown. The wraps are perfect for a grab-and-go breakfast or for a quick and easy lunch.
I first came up with this recipe when I was looking for a way to use up some leftover spinach. I had been planning to make a spinach salad, but I didn't have any fresh spinach on hand. I did, however, have a package of frozen spinach in the freezer. I decided to thaw the spinach and squeeze out the excess water. Then, I added the spinach to a bowl with some eggs, bacon, onion, and bell pepper. I mixed everything together and poured the mixture into a tortilla. I then cooked the tortilla in the air fryer until it was golden brown. The wrap was delicious, and I have been making it ever since.
