Crispy, caramelized sweet potato hash with all the flavors of your favorite breakfast.
Sweet potato hash is a classic breakfast staple, but it's often greasy and bland. This air fryer version is a healthier, more flavorful take on the classic. The air fryer cooks the hash evenly, resulting in crispy potatoes and tender vegetables. The bacon adds a smoky flavor, and the thyme adds a touch of herbaciousness. This hash is a great way to start your day or enjoy as a side dish for lunch or dinner.
