The Buffalo Bonanza Bite was born out of a desire for a healthier alternative to traditional fried chicken bites. I had been experimenting with different ways to make chicken bites in my air fryer, and I finally stumbled upon the perfect combination of ingredients and cooking techniques. These bites are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and they are packed with flavor. I like to serve them with my favorite dipping sauce, but they are also delicious on their own.
