The inspiration for these Renegade Raccoon Ribs came to me one night while I was camping in the woods. I was sitting around the campfire, enjoying some grilled pork ribs, when a raccoon came up to me and started begging for food. I gave him a rib, and he loved it! I started thinking about how I could make a rib recipe that was specifically designed for raccoons. I wanted to create a recipe that was flavorful, easy to make, and that would be sure to satisfy even the most finicky raccoon. After a few months of experimenting, I finally came up with these Renegade Raccoon Ribs. They are the perfect combination of sweet, savory, and smoky, and they are sure to be a hit with raccoons and humans alike.
