Air Fryer Paleo Mozzarella Sticks

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca starch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup unseasoned almond milk
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine the almond flour, tapioca starch, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- In a separate shallow bowl, whisk together the almond milk and egg.
- Dip the mozzarella sticks in the almond milk mixture, then roll them in the almond flour mixture.
- Place the mozzarella sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Brush the mozzarella sticks with the melted coconut oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
