Ingredients
  • 1 pound fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup tapioca starch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup unseasoned almond milk
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the almond flour, tapioca starch, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a separate shallow bowl, whisk together the almond milk and egg.
  4. Dip the mozzarella sticks in the almond milk mixture, then roll them in the almond flour mixture.
  5. Place the mozzarella sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Brush the mozzarella sticks with the melted coconut oil.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
