Air Fryer Paleo Meatballs
Our air fryer paleo meatballs are a quick and easy way to get your meatball fix without all the guilt. Made with almond flour, coconut aminos, and a blend of herbs and spices, these meatballs are paleo-friendly and packed with flavor. They're also cooked in the air fryer, so they're crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
Meatballs have been a staple of cuisines around the world for centuries. They're typically made with ground meat, breadcrumbs, and eggs, and then fried or baked. While meatballs are delicious, they're not exactly the healthiest food. They're often high in calories, fat, and sodium. That's where our air fryer paleo meatballs come in. We've lightened up the traditional meatball by using almond flour instead of breadcrumbs, coconut aminos instead of soy sauce, and a blend of herbs and spices instead of salt and pepper. The result is a meatball that's just as flavorful as the traditional version, but much healthier.

Why It Works
  • Almond flour is a great substitute for breadcrumbs in paleo-friendly recipes. It's high in protein and fiber, and it gives meatballs a nice, nutty flavor.
  • Coconut aminos is a good substitute for soy sauce in paleo-friendly recipes. It's made from fermented coconut sap, and it has a slightly sweet and salty flavor.
  • A blend of herbs and spices gives meatballs a lot of flavor without adding any extra calories or fat.
  • Cooking meatballs in the air fryer is a great way to get them crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
