The inspiration for these meatballs came to me one day when I was browsing the aisles of my local grocery store. I saw a package of ground beef and a bag of sweet potatoes, and I thought, "Hmm, I wonder what I could make with these two ingredients?" I started to experiment with different recipes, and eventually, I came up with these meatballs. They're so easy to make, and they're always a hit with my family and friends.

Why It Works
  • The sweet potato adds moisture and sweetness to the meatballs.
  • The almond flour helps to bind the meatballs together and gives them a slightly nutty flavor.
  • The spices add flavor and depth to the meatballs.
  • Baking the meatballs in the oven ensures that they're cooked through evenly.
