I first came across this recipe when I was traveling in France. I was staying at a small inn in the countryside, and the innkeeper's wife served me this dish for dinner. It was so good that I asked her for the recipe, and she was kind enough to share it with me.

Why It Works
  • The salmon is cooked in a skillet over high heat, which creates a nice crust on the outside while keeping the inside moist and tender.
  • The sauce is made with a combination of butter, white wine, lemon juice, and herbs, which gives it a rich and flavorful taste.
  • The dish is finished with a sprinkling of fresh parsley, which adds a touch of color and freshness.
