Majestic Marlin Meatballs

Ingredients
  • 1 pound marlin fillets, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  2. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  5. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. While the meatballs are cooking, make the lemon-tahini sauce.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
